AUM Festival 2018

The AUM New Year’s 2018 festival theme was “The Aumster’s Guide to The Galaxy”, a nod to the book series by Douglas Adams.

From the Emerald City themed White Stag stage of 2017 sprung the futuristic space theme complete with LED screens which could create stars and sci-fi patterns. Special dolphin artworks kept watch over Aumsters and towels draped over shoulders became the perfect theme accessory as people sought the meaning of life, the universe, and everything (the answer, of course, is: 42).

This is a combined gallery with photos by Bernadette Fastnedge and Daley Gracious. The focus was on joy, capturing the lovely moments shared by people making new friends, being in the moment or getting lost in music.

Seeing the perfect summer weather and our first seriously large World Greatest Unicorn Gathering brings back good memories.
