STAGES
At AUM Festival, music is sacred. Our dance-floors are our church.
Each year we bring you the most soul-uplifting sounds from Aotearoa and internationally. We have four themed stages which each have their own unique vibe and span of genres. The giant White Stag ‘main’ stage has a different musical theme each night. The Kānuka Stage is our underground house & techno ‘nightclub in a forest’. The mixed-genre music & arts Hub Stage is for live music and performances. And The Hill stage is the home of cutting edge drum & bass, bass music, breaks, psytrance, psy-tech and more.
WHITE STAG
This is our temple of the sacred dance… No shoes required. Welcome to the White Stag stage, the massive centerpiece of our psychedelic art showcase.
The White Stag is a wonderful collaboration of sound, decor, visuals and lights which combine for one of the most beautiful outdoor dancing environments in Aotearoa.
You will be stunned by the lush surroundings, towering themed stage, mandala canopy (good for daytime shade), crystal clear sound, and one of the most mind blowing lights, laser and visuals shows at a music festival in New Zealand.
Three themed nights happen on the White Stag so you get something different each day of the festival.
The White Stag features a huge Adamson Line-Array sound system by Tritone Audio which provides the highest quality sound. We’re serious about sound.

One of New Zealand’s leading house and techno promoters, LO-FI Productions, curates the Kānuka stage from the music lineup to the design and decor. This summer expect another incredible experience at undoubtedly one of the finest house and techno stages at any New Zealand festival.

The HILL is our epic ‘bush doof’ vibe stage. It is nestled in a lush tree-lined amphitheatre and has become a hit with an incredible doof vibe. The Hill is expertly curated by Science of Sound.
Each year The HILL cranks up the pace with harder, faster sounds of the underground spanning psytrance, full-on, dark psytrance, future prog, drum and bass, breaks, bass music, glitch-hop, dub and more. It’s a ravers paradise.
